Whether we train 1-2-1 or you come along with a partner or friend, every session is focused on making you feel stronger, moving better, and building the energy you need for life at home.
Expert Guidance: We don’t just "exercise." I’ll show you how to move safely and effectively, ensuring you stay injury-free so you can keep up with the kids.
The "Total Week" Plan: Your progress isn't limited to the hour you’re with me. You’ll get a simple plan on my app for the days we don't meet, so you’re always moving toward your goals—even on the busiest days.
Support that fits: We don’t just lift weights; we talk about your week. If you’ve had no sleep or a stressful day, we adjust. It’s about making fitness work for you, not the other way around.
Flexible for your schedule
I know that life with kids is unpredictable. That’s why I offer options that fit into a parent's diary:
30 or 60-minute sessions: Perfect for a quick blast before the school run or a deeper session when you have more time.
Commitment that works: From single sessions to flexible blocks, we’ll find a way to make your training a permanent, enjoyable part of your routine.
