I’m not just a coach who "likes healthy eating." I hold a Level 4 qualification in Nutrition Management (RSPH). This means I have the deep, professional training to move past the fads and provide you with advice that is safe, proven, and effective.
But more importantly? I’m a parent. I’ve balanced the science of nutrition with the reality of a screaming toddler and a busy work week. I don’t just know the theory—I live it.
