How it works
Simple, Effective Workouts: Whether you’re training at home, in the park, or at a local gym, your plan is delivered through a simple app. We focus on 30–45 minute sessions that get the job done without taking over your life.
Family-Friendly Nutrition: No "fitness food" or separate meals. I’ll show you how to eat better using the food your family already loves. It’s about simple habits that stop the 2 PM energy crash and keep you feeling full.
Weekly Support: We’ll have a weekly check-in to see how you’re getting on. If you’ve had a nightmare week, we don't quit—we just adjust the plan to suit. I’m your partner in this, not a drill sergeant.
