My Journey
Over the last 18 months, I’ve lost 27kg myself through sustainable eating and home-based workouts. I know the challenges of weight loss — and how powerful it feels to achieve results you can maintain while balancing work, parenting, and everyday life.
My Experience
Before coaching, I played county cricket for Middlesex and represented top-tier teams across the UK and in Australia. Sport taught me discipline, consistency, and how proper nutrition fuels performance — lessons I now pass on to my clients. Today, when I’m not coaching parents, you’ll usually find me driving Freddie to various parties, after school clubs, family visits OR on the golf course!
